Scientific Presentations  of  Dr.Ali Nokhodchi and  Dr.Taravat Ghafourian from Kent University,were held on  12 Agust, 2013 in pharmacy faculty .

 The first session was a presentation on pharmaceutical technology used in the design of nano and microparticles for effective delivery of drugs through different routes.This was followed by a question and answer session concentrating on the innovative particle engineering methods and evaluation techniques.

The second presentation was entitled"In selico methods in drug discovery"

During this presentation and the question/answer session that followed various aspects of the implementation of QSAR and other chemo -information and bio -informatics techniques in drug discovery was discussed..It was cocluded that there is a growing need and understanding in drug discovery community for the ever-increasing use of computational techniques in various stag of drug discovery development.
