The Incusive Training Workshop was held by Dr.Hanaee Jalal on...
One of the most important roles of academic members is “effective training”. Having said that,this aspect is sometimes neglected. In order to have a successful training, multiple factors should be considered in this regard. Inclusive training is trying to consider and address these multiple factors and improve the learning climate as well as build the capacity of students and individuals.
